Refund Policy
refund guidelines for digital services.
BroDev develops custom software, websites, Android applications, automation solutions, WordPress products, bots, dashboards, and other digital services. Because every project is unique, refund requests are reviewed individually based on the agreed scope, project progress, completed work, and services already provided.
01
Before work starts
Refunds may be considered when no planning, consultation, setup, design, development, or technical work has started.
02
After work begins
Deposits, milestone payments, and completed work are generally non-refundable once professional time and resources are committed.
03
After delivery
Completed, approved, delivered, published, or made-available digital work is generally considered final.
Important
Every refund request is reviewed fairly.
BroDev believes in clear communication and fair business practices. Refund decisions are based on the project stage, completed work, agreed deliverables, support history, and applicable legal requirements. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
01
Scope of Policy
This Refund Policy applies to custom software development, websites, Android applications, automation solutions, WordPress products, Telegram bots, dashboards, digital products, consulting, maintenance, support, and other services provided by BroDev.
02
Custom Digital Services
BroDev services are created for each client based on project requirements. Every project may require consultation, planning, design, development, testing, configuration, deployment, and technical resource allocation.
03
Before Development Begins
If cancellation is requested before any planning, consultation, design, setup, development, or technical work has started, a full or partial refund may be considered after reviewing administrative costs, payment processing status, and project preparation.
04
Project Deposits
Most custom projects require an advance payment, deposit, half payment, or milestone payment before work begins. This payment secures development time, project scheduling, technical planning, and resource allocation.
05
After Development Begins
Once development, planning, design, setup, or implementation has started, deposits, milestone payments, half payments, and completed portions of work are generally non-refundable because professional time and technical resources have already been committed to the project.
06
Work in Progress
If a project is cancelled after work has started, BroDev may review whether a partial refund is appropriate based on the completed work, remaining scope, project stage, and resources already used.
07
Completed Deliverables
Once the agreed deliverables have been completed, approved, published, deployed, delivered, or made available to the client, payments are generally considered final and are not eligible for refund.
08
Digital Products and Packages
Products and packages listed on the BroDev website represent digital development offers or service packages. If work has not started, cancellation may be reviewed. Once work begins, the same custom service refund rules apply.
09
Maintenance and Support
Maintenance or support plans may be cancelled before the next billing period. Refunds are generally not available for support periods that have already started or for services that have already been provided.
10
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing required information, content, access, approvals, and timely feedback. Refunds will not normally be issued for delays caused by missing requirements, incomplete content, unavailable communication, late feedback, change of business direction, or requests outside the agreed scope.
11
Technical Issues
If an issue is directly caused by BroDev’s delivered work, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the problem within the applicable support period before considering any refund request.
12
Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment has been made in error, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving genuine concerns promptly and fairly. Fraudulent or abusive disputes after successful delivery may result in suspended support, restricted access, or additional action where permitted by applicable law.
13
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional situations where BroDev is unable to complete a confirmed project due to circumstances within our control, a full or partial refund may be offered based on the amount of work completed, resources used, and project stage.
